Executive Leadership Team
Joe and his wife Tricia live in Westminster. When he’s not visiting his family in North Africa, you can usually find him visiting his family in Colorado. He loves hiking and photography, especially at the same time. He’s passionate about influencing people to find and follow Jesus.
Scott and his wife, Diana, have been married for 15 years and live in Westminster, MD with their quiver of five children. After owning and operating small businesses in Texas, Scott spent 9 years helping to lead and operate an American school in Morocco. Scott is passionate about building healthy teams and executing organizational strategy. When he’s not looking for creative ways to solve problems here at LifePoint, Scott can usually be found at home wrestling his boys, navigating bath time, or watching tween movies with his girls.
Missy has attended LifePoint for almost 30 years and has been on staff for 25 years. A graduate of Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University), she married Jim, her high school sweetheart and they have three children – Sarah, Zach, and Jenna. She enjoys playing card and board games, cooking and trying new recipes, and spending time with her family. She loves LifePoint Church, ice cream and Chick-fil-A sweet tea.
Born and raised in Maryland, Nina attended Towson University and has worked in Human Resources for over 25 years (yes, she started when she was 4). Recently married to Eric, they have a total of four amazing kids and three crazy dogs. Nina absolutely loves lake life, decorating and planning events. She also likes to ponder life’s greatest conundrums, such as why we drive on a parkway and park in a driveway.
Yvette is married to her wonderful husband Chris, they have two awesome adult children, Emily and Adam, and she’s blessed and grateful to be a grandmother of two. After being florist for many years, God’s plan led her to LifePoint. Some of her favorite things are spending time with family and friends, connecting in meaningful ways with her church community, thrift shopping, antiquing, traveling with her husband and, most importantly, sharing God’s love and grace.
Steve has been married to Sandy, his high school sweetheart, for 39 years. His greatest gift he’s been given is Jesus. His greatest privilege, being a father to Wesley and Lindsey. His greatest hope is seeing his kids again, spending eternity with them in the presence of Jesus.
Laura and her husband Eddie and their two boys live on a hobby farm in Boring, MD. She spent five years in the Marine Corps as an Arabic Linguist and then was a stay-at-home mom while completing a bachelor's in accounting. She's been working at LifePoint since 2016. If she's not at her desk, she's probably at home cooking up something delicious in the kitchen, reading, or working around the farm.
Family Life Team
Brad and his wife Bekah live in Reisterstown. When he’s not serving students, you can usually find him sipping craft coffee while reading a good book. He loves traveling around the world and meeting new people wherever he goes. He’s generally low maintenance, except when it comes to his beard.
Kesia lives in Eldersburg, Maryland after joining the LifePoint family from Boca Raton, Florida. She recently graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida with a B.S. in Legal Studies. When she is not serving students you can usually find her playing her guitar, singing a tune, eating some Chipotle or drinking some good coffee.
Amy has been at LifePoint for over 20 years and started serving in LPKids 18 years ago! She is a follower of Jesus, a wife to Brian, a mom to Karis, Ethan, Kelyn and Andrew. She’s passionate about challenging parents to step into their calling as the primary disciplers of their kids and about challenging kids to know, love and serve our amazing God and others. She loves spending time with her family, enjoying snow days and reading good books. She sees nothing wrong with cheap coffee.
Rachel and her husband Matthew have a daughter Adrian and a son Arliss. She has a degree in Ministry Leadership from Moody Bible Institute and is passionate about helping preschoolers see how much God loves them! She loves seeing their eyes light up when they catch a glimpse of how much the Big God who created the entire world loves and cares for them. She enjoys hikes and road trips with her family, piping hot dark roast coffee, and all things fall—especially college football.
Shelley and her husband Mike live in Finksburg. She has been working with children in various roles for over 15 years. When she’s not hanging out with her own five kids or someone else’s, she can be found making awkward attempts at conversation with her peers alongside various sports fields around the state.
Keli has been married to Brent for 20+ years and is a mom of four teens and one preteen: Avery, Lydia, Audrey, Charlotte and Abbott. She has a marketing background as well as being COO of Houle-igans, Inc. for 15 years and counting. She is passionate about family time and helping people recognize that time is fleeting, so have fun with, invest in and be present for your kids! In her spare time (what spare time? 5 kids!) she likes to garden, read, bike, hike and cook.
Emile is a student at Towson University and will be graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in the Fall of 2020 with the hopes of being able to work with preschoolers. Her family has been coming to LifePoint since Emile was in preschool herself! She is newly married to our Production Director, Andrew. In her elusive moments of free time, she loves to bake, sew, paint, or work on any type of DIY project.
Stacy, her husband Geoff and daughters Abby and Jordy moved to Maryland in March 2017. A military family, they have previously been stationed in Colorado, North Dakota, Texas, and Hawaii. LifePoint was the first church they visited and instantly felt it was where they were supposed to be. Stacy has been a professional photographer for over 13 years and enjoys serving on the photography team at LifePoint. She spends her free time with her family at their small farm located in Westminster.
Cow the Goat
Cow has been part of the LPC family for almost his whole life. The unofficial mascot of LPKids, he helps keep the Family Life team focused during meetings. He enjoys visiting the office and making sure everyone remains on task, all while fulfilling his primary duty, snuggling. His hobbies include bouncing, sleeping, drinking his bottle and stealing hearts.
Kelly and her family live in Westminster, after relocating from her home state of Texas to join the LifePoint family. When she’s not helping LifePoint look and sound amazing, you can usually find her hiking with her four kids or hanging out in yoga pants watching old reruns of Friends. She loves eating crabs, exploring the local sites, and planning new adventures with her kids. She’s passionate about consistent branding, quality graphics and her new-found love - snow boots!
After living in several parts of the globe, Jolita is happy to be settled in Eldersburg with her husband, Dana, teenage kids Sofia and Nathan, and two sheep. She has a background in psychology and human resources, but her sweet spot is communications and strategic organization. She is passionate about encouraging young moms and helping people connect. An Anglophile who loves using words like “rubbish”, she also enjoys dark chocolate, sappy fiction and anything Christmas.
Zach and his wife, Ashley live in Westminster with their young children, Mollie, Lincoln and Milo. A Texas native, he graduated from Dallas Christian College with a degree in Business Administration. Several years later, he found his love for film-making and storytelling. He made his way to LifePoint to pursue his two biggest passions (aside from his family, of course): film-making and spreading the gospel. He occasionally jumps on the drums to keep his chops, but if he is not making a video he will be hanging out with his friends and family.
Weekend Experience Team
Drew and his wife Melissa and their four crazy and adorable kids live in Hampstead, MD. When he’s not at church running our Weekend teams or at home mixing in to the life of a family of six he can be found playing golf or sipping a good cup of coffee outside somewhere quiet. A graduate of Liberty University, he loves to spend time with the people of our church and of our community.
Andrew has been part of LifePoint for many years. As a volunteer, he joined the worship team in 2010 and began leading the stage design team in 2012. In March 2016, he joined our staff. He is passionate about empowering volunteers to tackle tasks and serve projects they didn’t think they could before. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, painting, and making jewelry.
Jeff and his wife Tammy live in Sykesville. He was a volunteer on our sound team for more than ten years before coming on staff part-time. When he’s not making everyone sound amazing, he’s busy running his two companies, a computer sales and service company and a sound production and recording studio. In his spare time, he enjoys buying and restoring old vintage electronics, restoring old cars and collecting historic vehicles and race cars.
Caroline and her husband Jeff are recent transplants from Kentucky, where she graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary with a master’s degree in Leadership. Caroline is a recovering pastor’s kid and originally hails from North Carolina. In her free time, you can find Caroline hiking while taking pictures, (gotta do it for the ‘gram). Hoodies and breakfast food are her love languages.
Teaching & Discipleship Team
John and his wife Emily live in Westminster with their two boys Cole and Reed. When he’s not developing our ministry leaders, you can usually find him listening to 80s music and practicing his dance moves. He is passionate about God’s Word and seeing people grow as disciples of Jesus. Also, he’s really happy to be here.
Mike is passionate about teaching and seeing people grow as a result of learning. There is nothing he likes more than helping someone discover something new about Jesus, the Bible, or the world around them. When not geeking out on theology or philosophy, he is usually hanging out with his family. He married well above his station to Diana and they live in Winfield with their three children – Joseph, William and Grace. His favorite things to do include spending time with good friends, eating good food, reading, running, hiking, walking his dog, cooking, brewing, and traveling.
Teresa and her husband Craig live in Mount Airy in their almost empty nest. They have two sons, Nick and Grant and a Princess Diva dog, Kinsey, who rules the roost. Teresa loves having fun, hanging out, talking and laughing with her family and friends. She has a background in social work, is known to know everyone around town and has never met a stranger. Teresa is passionate about connecting with people, Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, listening to music, podcasts, and reading good books.
An ex-pat South African, Lindy graduated from the University of Oregon with her bachelor’s in Family and Human Services and master’s in Conflict Resolution. #GoDucks! She is a proud wife to Aaron and dog mom to Denver- a rambunctious German Shepherd Pitbull mix. She is passionate about social justice, leadership development and Jesus! In her spare time, she loves to bake, craft, read and video game. She’s also a giant coffee snob and believes that tea should always be served in a teacup.
Joe and his wife Becky are proud parents of three wonderful children. He graduated from Asbury University (where he and Becky met), and from Azusa Pacific University. Prior to LifePoint, Joe worked with World Relief, English Language Institute/China, and The Salvation Army. He and his wife also worked in China for two years. Joe volunteers with International Justice Mission in the movement to end modern slavery, and he loves mobilizing believers to participate in tangible ways to “love your neighbor as yourself.” When he’s not at work, he can often be found mountain biking or eating barbecue.
Shelba has been married to David for almost 32 years and they have three daughters. She spent the last seven years working with individuals with developmental disabilities after receiving her B.S. in Bible and Family Ministry from Lancaster Bible College. She enjoys traveling to North Carolina to spend time with two of her daughters and their families and participating in spin (cycle) classes. She loves to visit different vineyards to catch up with friends, be outside and visit beautiful new places and, of course, taste great wine.
