OUTREACH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Outreach Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Pastor of Mobilization and Outreach and general departmental support to Outreach Ministries Benevolence and Financial Ministry. This position is part-time (28 hours per week).

Primary duties include support in the areas of communications, calendar/scheduling, travel logistics, documentation, note taking, volunteer coordination and meeting and event preparation.

The Elementary Coordinator will lead and coordinate programming that will result in a dynamic ministry environment for children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.  This position will cast the Family Life vision of partnering with parents to create opportunities for children to grow in authentic faith and create a comprehensive strategy for children to help them find and follow Jesus.

STUDENT MINISTRIES PROGRAM COORDINATOR

This role provides support, organization and leadership for student ministries leaders in preparation for ministry programs. This includes maintaining good relationships with team leaders, providing consistent communication weekly in managing and directing team leaders, problem solving, and holding pre-service meetings. This position is full-time (30 hours per week).
