Men meet together to strengthen their walk with Jesus Christ and to be empowered to provide spiritual leadership within their family, church, community and world. The men of LifePoint Church are fostering vital relationships among men, and being encouraged to walk in the Spirit with transformed minds and hearts.

FATHER daughter dance - june 1, 2012 @ 6:30pm

What does the Bible say about being a father? Prov 22:6-11 reads "Train up a child in the way they should go:and when they are old, they will not depart from it." Dad's play a major role in the training of a child. More importantly, girls get much of their self-esteem from love and encouragement.

Join the LifePoint Men's Ministry at the Father/Daughter Dance and celebrate the importance of Dads, Grandads, and other male role models in a girl's life, no matter how old they are. The evening will include food, fun and music.  Festivities begin Friday evening at 6:30pm in the Underground at LifePoint Church.

You may bring more than one daughter to the dance.  Cost is $15.00 per person (dad and 1st daughter) with each additional daughter at $10.00 each.  Registration is required and space is limited so sign up soon!

men's discipleship study

The next Men's MDS is beginning May 23 at 7pm in The Underground at LifePoint Church.  The summer series will be "Temptation" by Kenny Luck and will run May 23 - July 25. Temptation: Standing Strong Against Temptation is a men's Bible study of the Book of James that will equip you to think clearly and choose wisely when dealing with temptation. Part of the "God's Man Series" it will help you confront this pervasive problem in God's wisdom and strength, so you can begin to live an undivided life. Some men have learned the secret of being undivided between what they believe and how they actually think and live. They possess integrity. They've gained new perspectives on the trials and temptations they face, new tools to help them overcome automatic human responses to challenging situations, ultimately becoming men of integrity.

Men's Fraternity

Men's Fraternity had its graduation ceremony on Saturday, March 3, 2012.  

The study is Winning at Work & Home by Robert Lewis was a great series to teach men about "authentic manhood."  The next Mens Fraternity will begin again this coming fall 2012.

Outdoor Ministry

Begun years ago from a hobby and a passion, this branch of Men's Ministry is using the outdoors to bring men face to face with themselves and the Creator. From canoe trips out west to couples backpacking trips in the White Mountains, it is exciting and high impact.
