The First Place 4 Health (FP4H) Program is a Christ-centered weight-loss and healthy living program, based on proven techniques and over 25 years of experience.  FP4H’s success is due to its biblical approach to weight loss and overall health management, which puts Christ first and improves every area of a person’s life.

FP4H runs in 12-week sessions meeting at LPC on Mondays at 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.  The program  requires a one-time purchase of a Member's Kit ($100) - this cost also includes your 12-week Bible study. We then continue year-round with a new Bible Study every 12 weeks costing approximately $15.  These studies address many issues of everyday life and provide opportunities for growth in Christ. Members complete a weekly Bible study which—combined with prayer and Scripture reading—helps to impart God's strength, empowering members to overcome temptation and strongholds and make long-lasting lifestyle changes.

Come learn how putting God first can lead to successful weight loss, how He calls Christians to be physically fit and understand the positive effects good nutrition and exercise have on your emotions and spirit.

Our next 12-week session, entitlted Balanced Living, will begin on January 23, at 7:00 pm. This study will help us recognize areas of our life that may be out of balance so that we can learn God's way of regaining our equilibirum. Let's start out the year with a plan by regaining our balance in all four areas of our life: mental, physical, emotional and most of all, spiritual!  Click here to purchase either your Member's Kit or Study Guide.

An Orientation for new members will be held on January 9th, 2012 at 7:00 pm in Rooms 201/202. Here we will share information about the FP4H program and answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions you'd like answered before the Orientation, please email Lois at .  For more information about the FP4H Program visit their website at www.firstplace4health.com.
