This is an event for students grades 9-12.

A blissful evening in the magical moonlit night of a whimsical wintery wonderland.

Cost: $5 at the door

Fake Prom is a "prom like" event for high school students. Held in the Underground; we'll enjoy dancing, games, snacks and an exciting lip-sync contest. Students are encouraged to come in their best formal, but ugly attire!

Student Ministry Waiver Form

Please note an important change to the waiver form requirements: It is now required that EVERY student have a permission form for EVERY event. Any previous forms you've completed are no longer valid. Please remember to complete a form for every event your child participates in. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank You!

LifePoint Church requires a waiver form be completed for every student participating in a UGR special event. This form is both a medical and a liability release.  It must be signed by a parent/guardian. Click here for a WAIVER FORM.
